Teri did not know her friend felt unseen and unappreciated by those close to her and rarely received gifts. Teri's gesture was like a match that reignited her friend's inner light. She was seen! Teri created You + Shine Stars because we are all unique stars and with a little shared light from each other, Teri imagines how bright the world could shine!
