RETURN POLICY

How do I return an item?

Our Return Policy

Our goal is to make you happy you purchased from us, so happy in fact, that you come back for your future gift-giving needs! That being said, our return policy is easy and straight forward:

If it's damaged we will replace it, if you are not happy for any other reason, or simply change your mind, you can return it.

For returns, we only ask two things. Please request your exchange or refund within 7 days after delivery of the product and make sure your return is in "new, unaltered and unused condition" and carefully packed as it was shipped to you. Our return address is listed below. Once we receive the item back in good condition, we will issue a credit to your account minus outgoing shipping charges.

For damages or incorrect items, please contact us at info@grandparentgiftcompany.com or call us at 770-619-3167 immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us, or items you did not order but received from us, will qualify for a replacement or refund. We always appreciate the opportunity to fix any concerns, should your purchase not meet your expectations.
